Cirolearn documentation

Learning, teaching and workforce development — from your first course to practical work, organizational training and community support.

01 / 17

Cirolearn at a glance

Workforce learning for businesses and governments, with approved tutor-led learning through Cirolearn Academy.

Who the platform serves

Cirolearn brings organizational training, learning progress, practical assessment and community support together. Businesses, governments, public institutions, nonprofits and other organizations can manage their workforce learning. Individuals can also join approved tutor-led courses through Cirolearn Academy.

Available pages and actions depend on your role, organization membership, enrollment and the published content. A feature described here does not mean every organization or course includes it.

The learning journey

Tutors apply and await approval. Approved tutors prepare courses, outlines, timetables and prices for review. Learners inspect published courses before enrolling with Ciro-Credits. Course enrollment gives access to its live sessions; published recordings may have a separate price.

Business and government visitors can use the Contact page to discuss organizational training rather than purchasing a public subscription plan.

02 / 17

Accounts and navigation

Your account, profile, organization choices and personal learning area.

Sign in and profile

Use Sign in or Get started to access your account. Complete any email confirmation requested during registration. Profile & settings includes personal information and preferences such as country, language and timezone. Never share your password or sign-in confirmation codes.

Finding your workspace

My learning brings together your courses and practical work. Authorized organization staff also have management pages. The organization selector lets members switch between their organizations. Home returns to the public website; the account menu includes settings and sign out.

Saving a language or currency preference does not mean every page is translated or every payment currency is accepted. Check the actual language and checkout currency shown.

Courses and enrollment

Browse real approved courses, understand what is included and join with credits.

Before you join

The Courses catalogue lists published, approved courses. Open a course to inspect the information supplied by its tutor. If no approved courses are available, the catalogue shows an empty state rather than invented listings.

  • Tutor profile, biography and photo when provided.
  • Description, level, duration, learning objectives and outcomes.
  • Audience, prerequisites, software, equipment and materials.
  • Module or topic outline, session timetable and timezone.
  • Enrollment price and any separate recording price in Ciro-Credits.

Enrollment and access

Sign in and review the displayed enrollment price before confirming. If your balance is insufficient, buy credits from the Credits page. After enrollment, return to My learning to open the course.

An unset price is not a free offer. Live-session access and recording access are distinct: enrollment includes the course’s live sessions, while a separately priced recording requires its own unlock. Content and schedules depend on the approved course.

04 / 17

My learning, lessons and grades

Continue learning, follow progress and read instructor feedback.

Your learning record

My learning shows joined courses, assigned programs, completion status, due dates, live sessions, available recordings, practical workspaces, grades and notices. Use Continue or Review to return to a course. Some sections only appear when corresponding work has been assigned.

Lessons and assessment

Course lessons can contain text, video links, quizzes and assignment activities. Complete lessons to update progress. Multiple-choice quizzes show scores and pass/fail results; retry options depend on the course’s configured pass requirement.

Instructors can review progress and record numeric scores, letter grades and comments. The basic lesson assignment action marks an activity done; it is not a general file-upload submission tool. Coding, project-management and CRM workspaces have their own submission and review flows.

Certificates

Certificate issuance, certificate downloads and public certificate verification are not currently available. Completing a course should not be interpreted as receiving an automatically issued qualification.

05 / 17

Ciro-Credits and payments

Your learning balance, purchases, recording unlocks and credit refunds.

Buying and using credits

The Credits page shows your balance, available packages and transaction history. Choose a package and review the amount and currency before continuing to Paystack checkout. Paystack is the connected payment provider; Stripe and PayPal are not currently available.

Payment confirmation must finish before a credit purchase is treated as complete. If a purchase remains pending, check its status before starting another payment. Do not share card details or payment credentials in Messages.

Prices and unlocks

Course enrollment and recording unlocks use the prices displayed for those purchases. A recording explicitly listed as free does not require a paid unlock. A blank or unset price is not treated as free. Check your existing access before buying again.

Published recordings from earlier course sessions can be available to a learner joining midway, subject to enrollment and any separate recording price. Unpublished or moderated recordings are not ordinary learner content.

Refunds and purchase questions

Administrators can issue supported course or recording purchase refunds in Ciro-Credits. Such a refund removes the access purchased by that transaction. This is not an automatic cash or card refund through Paystack.

For a purchase question, give staff the transaction reference and a description of the issue—not your password, full card number or sign-in codes. Current credit-package checkout has not yet been validated through a complete real-user purchase journey.

Live classes and attendance

Understand course sessions, standalone classes and their different access conditions.

Course live sessions

An enrolled course can include scheduled tutor-led sessions. Check the timetable and timezone in the course details and My learning. The integrated classroom is designed for a tutor presenting to enrolled learners, with camera, microphone, screen sharing, participant information and text chat.

Joining depends on the session being available and started by the tutor. Attendance includes session participation and reconnections. Integrated live streaming is not yet available for general use; follow the join options actually provided for your session.

Standalone live classes

Live Classes also lists standalone events with their own descriptions, schedules and registration. Standalone registration is currently free; its published recording can have a separate credit price. The join action opens the meeting provided for that event.

An item labelled [DEMO] is demonstration content, not a confirmed real class. A listing alone does not guarantee that joining is open or that a recording exists.

07 / 17

Recordings and replays

Watch published learning content and understand recording access.

Learner playback

Open available replays from your course or learning area. Check whether your enrollment includes access or whether the individual recording requires a credit unlock. Only available, published recordings can be watched through ordinary learner access.

A recording may become unavailable because it has not been published or has been removed for review. Do not distribute class invitations or recordings outside your authorized access.

Tutor recording tools

The recording workflow includes a recording notice, compatible-browser screen or tab capture, audio selection, upload retries and recovery on the recording device. The editor supports trimming, splitting, cutting, replacing segments, undo and saved edits while preserving the original.

Tutors prepare and check the final playback before publishing. Recording and editing depend on browser support, device resources and the selected audio source. Recovery is device-dependent; publication should not be assumed until the upload and playback checks finish. The complete real-device recording-to-learner-playback journey remains under validation.

08 / 17

Built-in coding workspace

Write, preview and submit code for assigned learning projects.

Editor and project work

Eligible learners can open assigned coding projects with briefs and starter files. The editor supports file and folder navigation, multiple tabs, language-aware highlighting, saving, autosave, run previews and console messages.

Browser execution supports web code and a browser-based Python option. This is a learning workspace, not an unrestricted cloud computer with a terminal or arbitrary package installation.

Submitting and feedback

Submit project work with notes, review submission history and resubmit when permitted. Instructors can inspect the work, record its review status and provide feedback. Some views are read-only depending on access and submission state.

Automatic coding assessment is not currently operational. Browser execution and instructor review are separate from automatic grading.

09 / 17

Project-management and CRM practice

Develop practical workplace skills in enrollment-linked workspaces.

Project-management practice

Assigned PM workspaces support projects, lists and tasks with board, list, calendar and activity views. Learners can work with priorities, statuses, dates, subtasks, checklists, comments and attachment links, then submit the workspace for review.

Authorized managers can create assignments and give feedback. These workspaces are training environments, not a promise of integrations with commercial project-management products.

CRM and digital-marketing practice

Eligible digital-marketing learners can manage practice companies, contacts, leads, notes, follow-up tasks and pipeline stages, including negotiation and won/lost outcomes. Work can be submitted for review and its activity history inspected.

A task labelled email, call or meeting records planned practice activity; it does not send an email, place a call or book an external meeting. Do not enter sensitive real customer information into training exercises unless your organization authorizes it.

10 / 17

Goals, pathways and vacancies

Connect learning goals with further training and workplace evaluation.

Goals and learning guidance

Save learning goals and request AI-generated next-step suggestions based on progress and available learning offerings. Review the suggested course details yourself. Guidance does not enroll you, charge credits or award a qualification, and it is not a guarantee of employment.

Course-to-program progression

After an eligible course, a learner can view connected program pathways and request progression. Approval of a pathway request does not automatically enroll the learner or charge them. Authorized staff arrange program enrollment separately.

Training-linked vacancies

Authorized managers can create vacancies, link a program, define competencies and evaluate eligible candidates. Candidate stages, learning progress, practical-work status, notes and competency scores support internal evaluation. Learners can see their own linked vacancy track.

This is not automatic job placement or integration with outside job boards.

11 / 17

Applying to teach and Tutor Studio

Tutor applications, approved course publication and teaching preparation.

Apply to teach

Open Teach on Cirolearn and prepare your profile, expertise, biography, experience, languages, relevant links, photo and supporting material. Save a draft or submit for review. Read any feedback and provide requested information before resubmitting.

Submitting an application does not grant teaching access. Approved, active tutors can use the protected teaching tools. Application review is not a guarantee that every submitted qualification has been independently authenticated.

Course creation and review

Approved tutors create private course drafts with descriptions, objectives, skills, audience, requirements, outlines, materials, prices, dates and sessions. First publication and significant revisions require admin review. The approved course remains distinct from a pending revision.

The outline builder does not automatically produce complete lesson content. Course review and recording publication are different workflows; do not assume every recording must pass a separate admin approval step.

Tutor Studio

Tutor Studio brings together courses, upcoming sessions, learner rosters, recording work, reminder preferences and notices. Tutors can prepare devices, inspect course status and open teaching or recording actions when available.

Tutor earnings and automatic payouts are not currently implemented. Publishing a course does not establish an automatic payout arrangement.

12 / 17

Organizations and workforce management

Membership, teams, training assignments and permitted management roles.

Organization setup and people

Authorized staff can create an organization, maintain its identity and preferences, invite members and assign allowed roles. Supported organization categories include companies, governments, public institutions, nonprofits, enterprises and other organizations.

Workforce records can include employment information, job title, manager, department, team and location. Management pages support searching, filtering, invitations and record deactivation. Organization invitations are separate from Community Manager invitations.

Departments, teams and training

Maintain organizational units, parent-unit relationships, department-linked teams and locations. Permitted learning managers can create programs and courses, publish learning and assign eligible employees. Instructors can inspect progress and provide grades.

The organization overview includes basic membership and recent activity information. It is not a completed predictive analytics, comprehensive skills-gap or certification reporting suite. Full organizational subscription billing is not currently available.

13 / 17

Challenges and rewards

Participation, credit-backed support and reviewed results.

Participating

Available challenges support free joining, participant listings, rankings and credit-backed support. Read the challenge details before participating or spending support credits.

Results and rewards

Rankings are not an automatic payout promise. Administrators review results, finalize the winner and approve rewards according to the applicable challenge settings. Physical prize tracking does not itself confirm shipment or delivery.

14 / 17

Messages and community support

Private staff conversations, announcements and accountable moderation.

Messages

Admins and Community Managers can initiate direct text conversations with learners and tutors. Recipients can read and reply in Messages, with conversation previews, unread counts and timestamps.

Staff announcements to eligible learners or tutors arrive as private conversations and in-app notices, not a public group chat. General learner-to-learner messaging, attachments, voice calls and video calls are not current messaging features.

Community Manager appointments

Admins generate invitation links from Community approvals and send them to their chosen person. The recipient signs in and accepts; an admin then approves or rejects the appointment. Acceptance alone does not grant the role. Links can expire or be cancelled.

If registration asks for email confirmation, finish that step before accepting the invitation. Keep invitation links private and ask the sender for a fresh invitation if the link is no longer valid.

Moderation and admin oversight

Authorized community staff can review learner and tutor contact/status information, class listings and recordings. They can remove below-standard videos with a reason; admins can restore them. Community Managers can request tutor suspension, but an admin must decide before that suspension is applied.

Admins oversee appointments and moderation decisions. These permissions do not give Community Managers credit or payment editing powers. A sent message cannot be unread on a recipient’s behalf.

15 / 17

Notifications and reminders

Application updates, schedule changes, messages and class notices.

Keeping up to date

Notifications includes notices about tutor or course decisions, timetable changes, messages and community actions. Scheduled class reminders are currently in-app; email reminders are not available.

Do not rely on a reminder as your only calendar. Check your timetable, especially after enrolling late or after a schedule change. Tutors can use the reminder preferences offered in Tutor Studio.

Administrative oversight

Authorized administrators have tools for tutor and course review, user status, Community Manager approvals, credit pricing and purchase review, challenges and operational notices. Access is limited to the responsibilities granted to that account.

16 / 17

Privacy, safety and policies

Protect your account and use learning and community features responsibly.

Safe use

Keep passwords, confirmation codes, payment credentials and private invitation links to yourself. Only access organizations, classes, workspaces and recordings that you are authorized to use. Avoid sharing another person’s profile, learning records or messages.

Use practice data for coding, PM and CRM exercises. Follow recording notices and the rules applicable to your course. Report inappropriate material or account concerns to authorized staff through an available conversation.

Policy pages

The website includes Privacy notice, Terms of service, Tutor terms, Code of conduct, Cookie notice and Security pages. Legal pages marked Draft — not yet in effect contain placeholders and must not be treated as finalized legal terms. A cookie notice is not itself a cookie-consent tool.

This guide explains product use. It does not replace applicable legal policies, a course’s published conditions or your organization’s instructions.

17 / 17

Availability and current limits

Distinguish implemented tools from fully available services and future offerings.

Content and readiness

Courses and sessions depend on real approved publications. Empty catalogues and [DEMO] labels should be read literally. Implemented tools are not a claim that all teaching, payment, recording and multi-account journeys have completed real-user validation.

Integrated streaming, automatic coding assessment and email reminders are not currently available for general use. Recording tools require compatible devices. The current Contact form is not a confirmed message-delivery channel; do not depend on its confirmation as proof your message reached staff.

Not yet offered

Working certificate issuance and verification, complete subscription billing, automatic tutor payouts, automated video conversion/adaptive delivery and a dedicated mobile app are not currently completed offerings. The website can be used in a mobile browser.

This documentation reflects the implemented-feature review of 17 October 2026. Check current listings and account controls for actual availability rather than assuming all described capabilities are enabled.
