DIGITAL BUSINESS OPERATIONS SPECIALIST (DBOS) A 3-Month Practical Programme Every business, from a one-person startup to a growing company, depends on people who can keep things running: answering customers, organising information, supporting leaders, selling, marketing and delivering orders. These skills are in demand and can be learned, and the DBOS programme teaches them in three months. You won't spend your time memorising theory. In every session you practise the skill you've just learned, so you leave with things you can do, not just things you've heard. WHAT THE PROGRAMME LOOKS LIKE - Duration: 3 months - Schedule: Two live sessions a week - Sessions: 24 sessions of 2 hours each, about 48 hours of live teaching - Structure: Six courses, two per month, four sessions each - Materials: A full manual for every course, which you keep and can use as a reference long after the programme ends YOUR THREE-MONTH JOURNEY MONTH 1: BUILDING THE FOUNDATION Business Operations & Administration (Days 1-4) You learn to write and speak professionally, manage email and calendars, run meetings that lead to action, format documents, keep accurate records, and organise your work with task boards. These are the habits that employers and clients notice first. AI & Business Automation (Days 5-8) You learn to use AI tools to draft content, answer customers and automate repetitive work, and to check what the AI produces so you stay in control. You finish by designing an automation plan for a real business process. MONTH 2: SUPPORTING LEADERS AND GROWING SALES Virtual & Executive Assistance (Days 9-12) You learn what it takes to be a trusted right hand: managing an executive's calendar and inbox, planning travel, tracking expenses, handling confidential information, and coordinating projects across several people. Sales & Customer Management (Days 13-16) You learn how a sale actually happens, from finding prospects to closing and keeping customers. You practise handling objections, manage customers in a simple CRM, and learn to resolve complaints in a way that keeps people loyal. MONTH 3: MARKETING AND ONLINE SELLING Digital Marketing (Days 17-20) You learn to define an audience, plan social media content, apply basic SEO, write email campaigns, understand paid ads, and read the numbers that show what is working. E-Commerce Operations (Days 21-24) You learn how an online store runs from the inside: product listings, payments, orders, inventory, delivery, returns and pricing. In the final session you bring all six courses together in one complete plan. HOW YOU WILL LEARN Each session follows the same rhythm: a short explanation, an example, then a hands-on activity. You will rewrite emails, sort inboxes, build trackers, design chatbot flows, role-play sales calls and returns, plan content calendars, and process mock orders. Every course ends with a practical assessment or wrap-up project that you present. You are assessed on whether you can do the work. WHAT YOU WILL WALK AWAY WITH - A practical skill set across six areas of modern business operations - Hands-on experience with tools such as Google Workspace, Trello or Asana, ChatGPT or Claude, a CRM, Canva, Mailchimp and e-commerce payment platforms - Six course manuals to keep for future reference - A set of completed projects you can talk about with employers, clients, or when starting your own business WHO THIS PROGRAMME IS FOR - People starting out who want a practical, job-ready skill set - Aspiring virtual assistants, administrators, sales and customer-service professionals - Small business owners and entrepreneurs who want to run their operations better - Anyone planning to work online or build an online business HOW TO GET THE MOST FROM IT 1. Attend every session. Each course builds on the one before, and with only 24 sessions, every one counts. 2. Do the activities properly. The practice is where the learning happens. 3. Use your manual. Read the day's section before and after each session. 4. Ask questions. If something is unclear to you, it probably is for someone else too. 5. Apply it immediately. Use what you learn on a real or imagined business as you go. By the end of Month 3 you'll be able to look at a business and see how its operations fit together, and you'll have the skills to improve how it runs.
