Cirolearn – Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") govern your use of our Website and services. By accessing or using the Website, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Website.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering, or participating in any Cirolearn challenge, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”) and Cirolearn (“Company”). If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.
2. Eligibility
To use Cirolearn, you must be at least 16 years old or meet the legal age requirement in your country, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date registration information. Cirolearn reserves the right to verify user information and to approve, deny, or revoke access to any user at its sole discretion without prior notice.
3. Platform Nature
Cirolearn operates as a code challenge and hackathon-based platform, not a traditional educational institution. The platform is designed to test, develop, and showcase real-world technical skills through project-based challenges. Participation requires active engagement, independent problem-solving, and the ability to deliver functional results within defined timelines. Cirolearn does not guarantee learning outcomes, certifications, or employment.
4. User Responsibilities
As a participant, you agree to build and submit original, self-developed projects, follow all challenge rules, instructions, and timelines, maintain respectful and professional behavior on the platform, and ensure that you fully understand all code and solutions you submit. You are solely responsible for your activity on the platform and for ensuring that your participation complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
5. Challenge Requirements
Each Cirolearn challenge will include specific requirements such as objectives, features, timelines, and submission guidelines. By participating, you agree to complete and submit your project within the specified timeframe, deploy your project where required, participate in project defense, demonstrations, or technical reviews if requested, and adhere to all additional rules specific to each challenge. Cirolearn reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any challenge at any time.
6 No Plagiarism and Integrity Policy
Cirolearn maintains a strict policy on originality and integrity. You must not copy code from other participants or external sources without understanding, submit pre-built, purchased, or outsourced projects, or misrepresent your contribution or skill level. All submissions must reflect your own effort and understanding. Violations may result in disqualification, account suspension, permanent ban, and removal of submitted content.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
You retain full ownership of any project or content you create on Cirolearn. However, by submitting your work, you grant Cirolearn a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, showcase, and promote your work, use your submission for marketing, educational, or demonstration purposes, and feature your project in public or private materials related to the platform. This license does not transfer ownership of your work to Cirolearn.
8. Evaluation and Results
All submissions are evaluated based on criteria including functionality and completeness, code quality and structure, problem-solving approach, and your ability to explain and defend your project. Participants may be required to present or defend their work. All evaluation decisions made by Cirolearn are final, binding, and not subject to appeal.
9. Opportunities and Employment Disclaimer
Cirolearn may provide opportunities for high-performing participants to connect with partner startups, companies, or third-party platforms. Participation in any challenge does not guarantee employment or job placement. Cirolearn does not act as an employer or recruitment agency, and all hiring decisions are made independently by third-party organizations. Cirolearn is not responsible for any outcomes resulting from such opportunities.
10. Account Suspension and Termination
Cirolearn reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms and Conditions, engage in fraudulent, abusive, or disruptive behavior, or attempt to manipulate challenge results or systems. Upon termination, your access to the platform and any associated data or content may be removed without liability.
11. Limitation of Liability
Cirolearn is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cirolearn shall not be liable for loss of data, projects, or content, platform downtime, interruptions, or technical errors, missed opportunities, employment outcomes, or financial loss, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Your use of the platform is entirely at your own risk.
12. Changes to Terms
Cirolearn reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Changes may be communicated through the platform or other official channels. Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to your use of Cirolearn, both you and the Company agree to first attempt to resolve the issue informally by contacting each other with a clear description of the concern. If the dispute cannot be resolved within a reasonable period, it shall be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis, rather than in court, except where prohibited by law. You agree that you waive any right to participate in class actions or collective proceedings. Any dispute resolution process shall be conducted in a fair and neutral manner, and the final decision shall be binding on both parties.
14. User Conduct and Platform Use
You agree to use Cirolearn only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not harm, disrupt, or interfere with the platform or other users. You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform, exploit system vulnerabilities, distribute harmful software, or engage in any activity that could damage the integrity or performance of Cirolearn. Any misuse of the platform may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

These third-party services are not controlled or operated by Cirolearn, and we are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.
